The location was fine, but there are other Hilton Garden Inns/better hotels closer to downtown.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, particularly enjoying the stunning rooftop views of downtown Austin and the state capitol. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed throughout my visit. However, the breakfast options could be expanded for a more satisfying start to the day.

The king room with the tower view was fantastic, and we really enjoyed having a large trash can in the bathroom—such a small thing but so convenient! The rooftop sun terrace and lounge were perfect spots to relax after a busy day. Just a heads up, parking was valet-only, which was a bit of a hassle. consider street parking instead! 😊

The valet service was a hassle. they were often nowhere to be found, and we had to retrieve the car from a garage that was left unlocked and accessible to anyone—definitely not cool when you're paying $55 for the trouble. Construction in the area made navigating to the hotel a bit of a headache, with restricted access leading to tight parking spots. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at best, causing frustrations during the stay.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super spacious. It had amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer. The bed was cozy and the decor was nice. The rooftop views of downtown were amazing, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious. Location's about a 10min walk to the capitol.

The location is fantastic, just a stroll to the Capitol! However, the valet service was a letdown. we had to retrieve our own car. Still, enjoyed our clean, spacious room.
